We deliver your orders anywhere in the world, with options tailored to your needs.
Delivery times:

France & Europe: 3 to 7 working days

Comoros & Indian Ocean: 3 to 15 working days

International: 7 to 15 working days (depending on destination)
Delivery costs:
Shipping costs are calculated automatically when you order, based on the weight of your package and your delivery address.
Delivery is free for purchases over €60 (mainland France only).
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
At Nouringa, customer satisfaction is a priority.
If, despite all the care we take with our products, you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we offer you the possibility of exchanging or returning unused items within 14 days of receipt.
Exchange and return conditions:

Products must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product.

After receipt and verification of the returned product, the refund will be made within 7 working days via the same payment method used for the purchase.
